Assuming Mr. Ramsey could corroborate the tweet with statistical data, he still wasn't specific about the models said rich people choose to drive. Instead, his list mentioned ten brands that “rich people drive,” from Toyota to Honda to Ford, suggesting these brands aren't “showy” or flashy. How about the Ford GT? The 2023 model starts at around $1.7 million and is strictly by approval.
The 1967 Toyota Shelby 2000 GT is also a Toyota model. The last time we checked, it passed through the auction block in Japan and came away with $2.5 million.
