Hymn: I need Thee every hour (2024)

I started this morning feeling very blue. The feelings lifted and I settled a bit into peace after singing the entire hymn. A simple, sweet fix!

What a lovely word. This hymn ranks among my favorite worship songs. It's a hymn that makes me feel I have a relationship with God.

Lord I need You every hour in my life, You are the source of my survival. Love You Lord.

I need Thee Lord in my life. I am Yours forever! You have always been good to me from the ages time! Be forever my All in All!

I bless God for using this hymn to bless me this morning. I wàs depressed and as I was meditating on how I can fully obey the Lord, this song came to my mind and as I went through the lyrics of the song, I discovered that, I really need HIM every hour, minute and seconds. We need HIS strength and wisdom to be fulfilled in life. Thank God for this hymn.

My heart was called to sing this song today when my heart was filled with pain and a lonely sadness. There is a great blessing in the singing of this song. Dear ones, I was mysteriously blessed. There was a quality of a different atmosphere that surrounded me and I was transformed. I was cheered. His anointing is on this song. Reading your comments amplified the blessings. Surely every hour we need Him. From hour to hour we do not know what situations will confront us. We may say hallelujah or amen in the meeting, but when we get home, our joy may vanish, and instead of hallelujah and amen there will be silence and a long face. A problem has arisen. Or we may get chilled and catch cold. Whatever the problem, Christ is there taking care of our case. He bears us when we have a long face or are ill. His interceding never ceases. His ability to take care of us is unlimited because He is the almighty God. His priesthood is an interceding ministry in the heavens, in the Holy of Holies, before God for us.
