Assaulted at home Depot

I was assaulted at this home depot by a man in an explorer armed with a baseball bat. No one called the police, I had to. Cashiers and managers attempted to interrogate me rather than leave it to police. I asked to be left alone and they should prepare the security footage. The blonde manager in a blue shirt responded ", if they want it they'll ask." 40 minutes after the incident the only employee who was working noticed the commotion approached me saw my injury, torn shirt, and on edge demeanor, asked me if I was ok and if I needed water. After waiting for 40 minutes after a fight, there was nothing I wanted more. Why isn't Jason G running this place? Clearly the only one concerned with customer service.

Very helpful staff

Now, I am probably a little biased because I work at this store, but I constantly have customers comment on how they can always get the friendly help of an associate in this store, as compared to other Home Depots where it's difficult to find an associate to help them at all. Also, here's a few pics of what I call "The Dogs of Home Depot".

Assistance in flooring

Had THE best experience in this store, this morning. My father and I were trying to match some flooring and were helped by Andrew. Andrew went above and beyond to help us. I have never received such fabulous assistance in any store, anywhere!

Lots of inventory

The store always has stuff we need. My husband is there almost everyday. Employees are friendly & helpful. The only downfall way too many selfscan registers & only pro register to ring you out. I personally thing it ridiculous, we shouldn't have to wait on ourselves.

Great service from the Appliance Dept

We needed a dishwasher and a way to include it in our current kitchen. The ApplianceRep walked us through the selection of a new dishwasher, a standalone cabinet, countertop and installation services. Very thorough and conveneint.

I drive from Brooksville to go to this store because of the excellent customer service I receive everytime I go to the Crystal River HD. This trip was made even better thanks to Jim and Jayson in the lumber department. This is how you get customers for life. Great work and thank you.

Sod

Came in to purchase sod. Supposedly deliveries are on Saturday but if that was the new shipment you need a new supplier. It looked half dead.
